This one is a real winner!! I am sure that I will use this many times in the future. I served it with the Black bean and corn salsa also found on this website. It was a wonderful and quick compliment to this recipe.

My wife found this last summer. When we find a great price on pork loin we always use this rub. Fantastic flavor and holds the juices in.
